No Exchanges or Refunds on Sale Items


How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you're not satisfied with the fit, quality, print, or color of your item, please email us at
support@midnightlawclothing.com with your order number and a brief reason for return.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for returning the item to us.
The return address is located in Los Angeles, California.

Once shipped, please share the shipping confirmation or receipt via email.


A) Exchange Policy

  • Exchange orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Exchanges can be made for a different size, color, or product.

  • There are no additional charges for standard exchanges.

Note: If the requested exchange item is of higher value (e.g. exchanging a regular t-shirt for an oversized one), we will email an invoice for the difference in price.


B) Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • Funds typically reflect within 3–5 business days after processing.


Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.


Damaged Products

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damaged fabric, please email a clear photo highlighting the issue to
support@midnightlawclothing.com.

We will offer either a full refund or an exchange, based on your preference.
